My name is Bill Barclift.  I am retired after many years in the Furniture Sales business. I started my career by opening my own retail furniture store. Throughout my career I took great joy in the furniture business. After many years of hard work in the business, I was elected “President of the Southeastern Furniture Association of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama”, and served on the board of the Atlanta Merchandise Mart. After owning retail stores, I sold my businesses and traveled as a Sales Representative in the Territory of Alabama and the Pan Handle of Florida.

I delighted in holding Sales meetings for my accounts and imparting knowledge, from experience, to the strengthening of sales skills. I feel there is a need for Retail Furniture Sales People to have workable sales methods that guarantees success. This is a way for me to give back to an industry that has given so much to my family and me.
